RETURN POLICY
We offer a full 90-day return policy on in-house products, as long as the items being returned are in new condition. For retail locations, health consultants, and others purchasing items in bulk quantities, this means you can return the items if they do not sell to your satisfaction. Simply return the unsold items within 90 days from the purchase date for a full refund, minus shipping. Please assure that the items are in "new" condition so that we can sell them elsewhere. 3 Thirds reserves the right to reject items that it deems not to be in new condition and subtract the item's value from the refund amount. If you want to return items after the 90-day return window, we will refund your purchase price minus a 20% restocking fee.
Supplements and health products that have been opened cannot be returned due to health issues.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be cancelled if they have not already been shipped by calling 970-377-8333. It is necessary to speak directly to someone at 3 Thirds to cancel prior to shipment to make sure the order has not already been shipped.
