Shipping
Fees
We charge a standard 12% of the purchase amount to cover shipping and handling. That also covers our packaging, labeling, workers, etc.
On download files, we reduce the sale price by 12% so that when the computer adds 12% for shipping, you are not charged shipping. Humans can still outwit computers!
Carriers
We try to ship most orders with UPS, so please supply a physical address for receiving shipments, as opposed to a post office box. UPS will not ship to post office boxes. On smaller, lighter orders, we will ship with the post office.
If appropriate you can pick up your order at 5102 Daylight Court, Fort Collins, CO. Simply indicate this in the comments box when you complete your order. An email will be sent notifying you that your order is ready for pick up. The shipping charges are still applied on products shipped to 3 Thirds. If the product is an in-house product, you will be credited the shipping charge on your credit card in a separate transaction.
Process of Shipping
When you place an order through the website, the computer will send you a confirmation email. If you don't receive an email, please call us because your order may not have been completed successfully. The system also sends an email to 3 Thirds notifying us of the order. We process the order in our accounting office and then forward that email to our fulfillment center who then ships the order. We do our best to keep items in stock, so there should rarely be more than a day or two between the placement of the order and the shipment of the order. Keep in mind that holidays and weekends influence packaging and delivery timing.
